Bio

Dustin Lovett graduated cum laude from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Comparative Literature with a minor in German Literature and a certificate in Translation Studies. During his studies, he also interned as an editorial assistant and in-house translator for Dalkey Archive Press. Afterward, he received a Fulbright grant to study translation methodology at the University of Vienna in Austria. After spending a few years teaching in Austria and France to develop his language skills, he returned to the United States and is now pursuing a PhD in Comparative Literature with emphases in German and Translation.

Projects

Dustin’s work as appeared in the Best European Fiction 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2015 anthologies and has numerous popular fiction translations under the Amazon Crossing imprint. He is currently working on brining the works of Olga Martynova into English.
